Dispatch Times
At THEBUNKER, many of our fun 3D printed items are made to order. As such, dispatch times can vary. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but please be aware that some items may require a longer lead time due to the manufacturing process.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from THEBUNKER. However, returns are only accepted if the item you receive is damaged or if you've received the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Shipping Information
THEBUNKER is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. You can return the damaged item for a full refund. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Each 3D printed item is unique — minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of the printing process. These are not considered defects.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are in GBP (£). Payment is required at checkout before we begin processing your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if fraud is suspected or materials are unavailable.
4. Custom Orders
If you order a custom 3D print, please ensure all details are correct before confirming. Custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
5. Shipping

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted if the item is broken or damaged upon arrival. Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. See our Refund Policy for more details.

3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalised 3D prints (unless faulty)
- Items damaged after delivery
